1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the jilioh Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the jilioh Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the jilioh Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting jilioh customer support.

jilioh reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jilioh will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any real-money features of the jilioh Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. jilioh employs mandatory KYC verification to enforce this requirement. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited without recourse.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The jilioh Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines who are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the jilioh Platform is lawful in your specific location. jilioh makes no representations as to the legality of its services outside the Philippines.

3.3 Legal Capacity

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period on the jilioh Platform or any other PAGCOR-licensed platform, and that you are not a current employee, director, officer, or close family member of a jilioh employee.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one jilioh Account. The existence of multiple accounts — whether identified by name, mobile number, national ID, device fingerprint, IP address, or linked payment method — constitutes a violation of these Terms. jilioh reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and retain any balances therein pending an investigation into potential abuse.

4. Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering a jilioh Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and valid email address. jilioh is entitled to rely on the information you provide. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a violation of Philippine law.

4.2 KYC Verification

Before any withdrawal may be processed, and at jilioh's discretion at any other time, you will be required to complete a KYC verification process. This process requires submission of:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, UMID, driver's license, PRC ID, or SSS/GSIS ID);
• A clear selfie photograph holding the submitted ID;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of registered GCash or Maya account name matching your jilioh registration details);
• Any additional documentation requested by jilioh's compliance team, including proof of source of funds, where required by anti-money laundering regulations.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as notified by jilioh may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. You agree to notify jilioh immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. jilioh will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jilioh accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). jilioh does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on jilioh is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account verification status. jilioh reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits at its discretion, including as part of its responsible gaming framework or upon request by the account holder.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya wallets are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same business day. jilioh does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may impose its own transfer fees.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified jilioh Account details. jilioh reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount requested is significantly larger than the account's typical withdrawal history. Pending withdrawals may be delayed where KYC documentation remains outstanding.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. jilioh reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Account balances after written notice has been sent to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for 24 months may be permanently closed.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All casino games offered on the jilioh Platform utilize certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness and randomness. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot and casino games are published in the relevant game information sections of the Platform.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on jilioh is governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published on the Platform. In the event of any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, jilioh's decision — made in accordance with its published sports betting rules — shall be final and binding. jilioh reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome has been materially affected by match-fixing, corruption, or any other integrity violation.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that affects the operation of any game or bet settlement, jilioh reserves the right to void affected wagers and return the wagered amount to the relevant accounts. jilioh is not liable for any loss of expected winnings arising from a technical error. Results displayed in error do not constitute valid winnings.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

jilioh may apply maximum single-bet payout limits across specific sports markets, casino games, or promotional events. These limits, where applicable, will be published in the relevant game or market information. jilioh reserves the right to limit, void, or restrict wagers placed by any account at its absolute discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest systematic exploitation of pricing errors or technical vulnerabilities.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by jilioh are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time each promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus credits are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fulfilled. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion) must be wagered before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates for each game category are published in the applicable promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

jilioh prohibits bonus abuse in all forms, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; placing opposing bets across accounts or with other operators to guarantee a risk-free outcome from a bonus; and exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is identified, jilioh reserves the right to void all associated bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals derived from bonus funds, and permanently close the implicated accounts.

7.4 Expiry

Bonus credits and free bets are subject to expiry periods as specified in each promotion. Expired bonus credits will be automatically removed from the account balance without prior notice. jilioh is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilioh Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and potential referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other process;
• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under Philippine law;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corruption of sporting events;
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors and failing to report them to jilioh immediately;
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multi-player game offered on the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilioh staff, customer support agents, or other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilioh Platform — including but not limited to the jilioh name, logo, trademarks, game designs, graphics, text, software, and underlying code — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilioh or its licensors. No content from the jilioh Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of jilioh.

jilioh grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to scrape, frame, mirror, or create derivative works based on any jilioh content.

10. Privacy & Data

jilioh collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

jilioh implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, device fingerprinting, and two-factor authentication to protect your personal data. For full details on how jilioh handles your data, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilioh's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your jilioh Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilioh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of expected winnings, arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service thereon;
• Technical errors, connectivity failures, or force majeure events beyond jilioh's reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Any decision made by jilioh to void, restrict, or cancel a wager in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jilioh's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12. Responsible Gaming

jilioh is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR regulations seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified account holders directly through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount your Account can lose in a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed. You may also request self-exclusion directly from jilioh customer support at any time.

jilioh strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction on all accounts. If you believe a minor has accessed the Platform using your Account, contact jilioh support immediately. 13. Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by jilioh

jilioh reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time without prior notice where it suspects a breach of these Terms, potential fraudulent activity, money laundering, regulatory non-compliance, or any conduct that may harm the integrity of the Platform or its other users.

13.2 Termination by jilioh

jilioh may permanently close an Account where a suspension investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms. Upon termination for cause, any balances derived from prohibited conduct, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Balances derived from legitimate deposits that are not implicated in the breach will be returned to the registered payment method following the conclusion of any applicable investigation period.

13.3 Termination by User

You may request closure of your jilioh Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending wagers will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules, and any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact jilioh through the official support channels and provide jilioh with a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. jilioh commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days of receipt.

For disputes regarding game outcomes or bet settlements, jilioh's internal review process shall be exhausted before any external escalation. jilioh's final decision on game outcome disputes shall be informed by independent game logs and RNG audit records.

15. Amendments to These Terms

jilioh reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes that affect your rights regarding withdrawals, bonus conditions, or account management — jilioh will provide not less than 7 days' prior notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, sending notification to your registered email address.

Non-material amendments, such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, or updates required to reflect changes in applicable law, may be made without prior notice. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision date. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
